Old Line Provisions

Old Line Provisions was born during the COVID-19 pandemic as a passion project of Chef Corey Laub and his wife, Amanda Mallonee. With restaurants shut down and creative outlets limited, they began crafting small-batch jams and mustards in their home kitchen for family and friends—quickly discovering a demand for something a little more refined.

In October 2024, Mandy and Corey opened Old Line Kitchen & Wine Bar in Columbia, MD, where those preserves became a cornerstone of the cheese and charcuterie program. Featuring grown-up jams designed to pair with wine, cheese, and charcuterie, guests consistently asked to take them home.

Today, Old Line Provisions has been reborn under the restaurant as a fully fledged project of its own. Each jar is thoughtfully made to elevate a board, complement a bottle, and turn everyday gatherings into something special.
